Tulsa is the kind of city that tends to exceed expectations, and once people get here, they usually stay. It’s a city where nationally recognized museums, walkable entertainment districts, historic neighborhoods, and modern suburban communities all exist within a surprisingly manageable commute.

The Tulsa Zoo, the River Parks trail system, and a nationally recognized parks network round out a city that takes outdoor and family life seriously.

What Tulsa doesn’t have is the cost and congestion of larger metros. That’s not a consolation prize. For a lot of buyers it’s the whole point.
